RoRo & sea freight
Sea transport is a reliable solution for moving trailers, vehicles, buses, trucks and special equipment (including loaders, excavators and cranes) on routes where shipping is the most cost-effective and secure option. We arrange transport both port-to-port and from pick-up to final destination. When needed, we also handle sea freight for oversized parts, as well as vessel chartering and agency services.

Road transport
Road transport covers both standard trailer shipments and driven transport (on its own wheels) for trucks and buses. It’s suitable for new and used vehicles, machinery for sale, and moving trucks or buses from a factory or repair workshop. If needed, we can use our own plates valid across Europe and Scandinavia, including CMR, third-party liability and casco insurance. We can also arrange transit plates in the required country.

Port services
On-site support helps in situations where equipment needs fast assistance before onward transport or loading. We provide mechanics in major European ports and technical support, including start-up assistance, inspections and larger repair work. If needed, we arrange in-terminal moving (shunting) so that machines and vehicles reach the right place on time. For non-running equipment, towing or a MAFI roll trailer can be used.

Purchase assistance and pre-purchase inspection
We offer purchase assistance for equipment from various auction platforms, such as klaravik.se, auksjonen.se and copart.fi. Our service is end-to-end: we can purchase the unit on your behalf, arrange transport to the destination, handle all customs procedures and, if needed, assist with vehicle registration. If you need a pre-purchase inspection in Scandinavia or elsewhere in Europe, we can send a mechanic on site to carry out a technical check.

Customs and documentation
Correct customs and documentation prevent delays at borders and ports. We assist with export and import processes and, when required, arrange customs declarations in cooperation with a customs agent. We prepare and coordinate transport documents including CMR, BL and other paperwork needed for the shipment. We can also arrange EUR1 documents for vehicles.

Helsinki, Finland → Gällivare, Sweden · 2026
Oversized transport with a load width of 3 m. We handled the whole move from start to finish, including special permits in Finland and Sweden.
Czech Republic → Poland → Sweden · 2026–2027
Loads 4.7 m wide and 4.5 m high travel as abnormal road transport and continue from Poland to Sweden by RoRo ferry. We handle transport permits, escort vehicles and route surveys. The project is ongoing.

Convoy loads within the same multi-year project. Before each move, we check the route with a route survey and arrange permits and escort vehicles.
Trondheim, Norway → Paldiski · 2026
Abnormal load transport in Norway, then by RoRo ferry to Paldiski. We handled both the transport in Norway and the customs documents at Paldiski port.
Oslo, Norway → Tallinn · 2026
The buses were loaded onto a trailer with a tow truck and carried by road and RoRo ferry to Tallinn, where we also unloaded them.
Gothenburg → Tallinn · 2026
In Gothenburg, we pulled the bus onto the trailer with a tow truck, and in Tallinn we unloaded it. In between: road transport and RoRo ferry.
Estonia → Sweden · 2022
Oversized door-to-door transport by road and RoRo ferry. We arranged escort vehicles, carried out route surveys and booked the ferry crossings.
Gothenburg → Tallinn · 2022
The boats and yachts were securely lashed to the trailer and travelled from Sweden to Estonia by ferry.
Estonia → Finland · 2019
A load height of 6 metres made this transport particularly demanding. The route was checked with a route survey, and permits and escort vehicles were in place before departure.
Tallinn → Paldiski · 2019
The wide load arrived by road at the RoRo terminal, where it was lifted onwards by crane. We arranged the special permit and the crane lift.
Tallinn → Paldiski · 2018
Oversized road transport from Tallinn to Paldiski, with transport permits, escort vehicles and route surveys.
Loksa → Paldiski → Finland · 2018
The large loads travelled in convoy to Paldiski port and from there by RoRo ferry to Finland. We arranged special permits, escort vehicles and ferry tickets.
Estonia → Kalmar, Sweden · 2018
The modular buildings were transported from Estonia to Sweden and lifted into place by crane. We arranged the special permits and ferry tickets ourselves.
Tallinn and Paldiski → Northern Norway · 2017
We chartered a dedicated cargo vessel for the modular buildings, delivered the modules to the port and prepared the customs documents.
Estonia → Kungsberget, Sweden · 2017
The modular buildings travelled on trailers by RoRo ferry from Estonia to Sweden and then by road to Kungsberget. We arranged the special permits and ferry tickets.
Tartu → Tallinn and Paldiski → Netherlands · 2017
We chartered a dedicated cargo vessel for the modular buildings and handled everything: pre-carriage to the port, loading and lashing, insurance, unloading and delivery to the destination.
Pärnu → Tallinn · 2026
A vehicle needed towing from Pärnu to Tallinn. We found a tow truck and delivered the vehicle to its destination.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
What does the transport price depend on?
The price depends on the cargo's dimensions and weight, the route, whether permits and escort vehicles are needed, the ferry line and any loading work, such as a crane. Insurance is an optional extra. We give an exact price once we know the cargo details and the route.
What information do you need for a quote?
Pick-up and delivery locations, the type of cargo, dimensions (length, width, height) and weight, whether the vehicle or machine can be driven, and when the transport is needed. Photos help too. If anything is missing, we will ask.
How quickly will I get a quote?
We usually reply within the same or the next working day. For abnormal loads, permits and route checks can take longer, and we will tell you straight away.
When are permits and escort vehicles required?
When the cargo exceeds the permitted dimensions or weight. The general width limit in the EU is 2.55 m; height and weight limits vary by country. For each transport, we find out which permits and how many escort vehicles each country requires, and we arrange them.
Is my cargo insured?
International road transport is covered by the carrier's CMR liability, which is limited by an international convention and may not cover the full value of expensive machinery. That is why we offer additional cargo insurance on request.
Do you help with customs and documents?
Yes. We help with the export and import process, arrange customs declarations together with a customs agent and prepare CMR, bills of lading and other transport documents. For vehicles, we can also order an EUR.1 certificate.
Can you help with machinery bought at auction?
Yes. We assist with purchases from auction sites such as klaravik.se, auksjonen.se and copart.fi. We can buy the unit on your behalf, deliver it, handle customs and help with vehicle registration. Before you buy, we can send a mechanic to inspect the machine.
